Is Sister Health still free?

Yes. Everything in the app today is free, for everyone. Premium launches in the app in March 2027.

So what am I paying for?

Perks that start today (our private group, quarterly sessions with guest speakers, first news on new features and a say in what we build), plus a year of Premium from launch, at a price that never goes up while you stay.

When does my paid year start?

When Premium launches in the app, expected March 2027. We'll email you the exact date. It lasts 12 months.

Does it renew automatically?

No. You pay once today. Before your Founding year ends, we'll invite you to carry on in the app at your founding price of £39.99 a year. It's your choice.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Cancel within 14 days of buying for a full refund, no questions asked. If Premium hasn't launched in the app by 30 September 2027, you can claim a full refund until 31 October 2027.

Can I cancel later?

There's nothing to cancel, because nothing renews. Your membership runs to the end of your Founding year. If you don't carry on then, or stop later and come back, the founding price won't be available again.

What's the difference between the two?

The Founding Circle gets the private group, quarterly group sessions with guest speakers, first news on new features and a say in what comes next. Founding Sisters are 15 people who also get early access to new features, a welcome call with Iz and Jade, a one to one every quarter for their first 12 months, and a credit in the app.

Who will I hear from in the sessions?

Iz, Jade and the wider Sister Health team, plus specialists from across women's health in our Ask the specialist sessions. Sessions are about the app and the conditions we support. They aren't medical advice. You never have to share anything about your health, and you're welcome to keep your camera off. We don't record sessions, but we email a short written recap afterwards.

Can I gift a place?

Yes. Choose the gift option and add their email. We'll send them a welcome and ask them to join the app with that email.

Why pay on the website and not in the app?

Buying direct means more of your money goes into building Sister Health. We link your membership to your app account using your email.

What happens to my data?

Buying a membership doesn't change how we use what you log in the app. We never ask about your health at checkout. We use your payment email to switch on your membership, and Stripe handles your card details.

What if Sister Health can't deliver?

If we stop offering Premium or close the app during a year you've paid for, we'll refund the unused full months. We're a young company, so we want to be straight with you: if we couldn't trade, refunds might not be possible, and your card provider may be able to help.

Is this an investment?

No. It's a membership of the app. It doesn't give you shares or any ownership of the company.
