Founding Membership Terms
Last updated: 19 October 2026
1. About these terms
These terms cover Founding Circle and Founding Sisters memberships ("founding memberships") sold by Sister Health Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17232888, 71 to 75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. Email: info@sisterhealth.app.
They sit alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. If they conflict on a founding membership, these terms apply.
2. What a founding membership is
A founding membership is a paid membership of the Sister Health app. It is not an investment. It does not give you shares, ownership, voting rights or any financial return in Sister Health Ltd.
3. The two memberships
- Founding Circle: 500 places, £39.99, paid once.
- Founding Sisters: 15 places, £79.99, paid once.
Founding Circle includes: a year of Sister Health Premium (your Founding year, see clause 6), our private Founding group, a live group session with the team every quarter (including Ask the specialist sessions with guest experts) with a written recap afterwards, first news of new features and the chance to give feedback on them, a say in what we build next, and extra discounts from our partners, just for members, as we add them.
Founding Sisters includes everything in the Founding Circle, plus early access to new features before they launch, a welcome video call with our founders in the first two weeks after you buy, four one to one video calls with our team (about 30 minutes each, one per quarter) in the 12 months from your purchase date to help shape Sister Health around your needs, a dedicated feedback channel with the founding team, and an optional credit as a Founding Sister in the app and on our website. Your input shapes what we build, but we can't promise to build any particular feature.
Founding Sisters' extra benefits, including the welcome call and the four one to one calls, are included in the first 12 months from your purchase date. Quarterly group sessions are also included for the first 12 months from your purchase date. After that, we may keep running group sessions and other ways to connect with the team, depending on member interest and availability. If we do, we'll let you know, but they are not guaranteed if you continue after your Founding year. Continuing gives you Sister Health Premium at your founding price (clause 8).
Places are limited and sales close on 30 November 2026, or earlier if places sell out.
If we offer more than one paid plan when Premium launches, your Founding year includes the plan we name as the founding member plan. It will include at least everything described as Premium on the membership page when you bought.
4. Who can buy
You must be 18 or over and live in the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Australia or the United States. We do not currently sell founding memberships elsewhere, including the European Union.
Pay with the email address you use to sign in to the Sister Health app. We use it to switch on your membership. If you don't have an account yet, create one with the same email.
5. We may decline or cancel a membership
We may cancel an order and refund you in full within 14 days if you're not eligible under clause 4, if places were oversold, if we suspect fraud, or for another fair reason we'll explain to you. We'll never refuse anyone for a discriminatory reason.
6. What you get, and when
Your perks (the private group, group sessions, feature news and, for Founding Sisters, early access, the welcome call and one to one calls) start on the day you buy.
Your Founding year (12 months of Sister Health Premium) starts on the day Premium launches in the app, which we expect in March 2027. We will email you the exact date before it starts.
March 2027 is our expected launch date for Premium. It is not guaranteed. If launch is delayed, we will email you with an updated date where we can. Your Founding year only starts when Premium is available to you, so a delay never shortens it. Your rights if Premium doesn't launch are in clause 9.
Features not yet in the app, including those we describe as being on our roadmap, are plans, not promises. They are not part of what you buy, and we cannot guarantee when or whether they will launch.
7. Price and payment
Sister Health Premium is planned at £7.99 a month or £79.99 a year when it launches. Founding members can continue at £39.99 a year instead, as set out in clause 8.
Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and are the full price you pay. Your card provider may charge a currency conversion fee if your card is not in GBP.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
8. After your Founding year, and your founding price
Your founding membership is a one off payment. It does not renew automatically, and we will not take any further payment from you without asking.
Before your Founding year ends, we will email you to invite you to continue with Sister Health Premium in the app at your founding price of £39.99 a year. For example, if Premium launches in March 2027, your Founding year ends in March 2028. Continuing is your choice.
Your £39.99 founding price stays available for as long as you continue without a break. If you don't continue when your Founding year ends, or you stop later and come back, the founding price will not be available again. If you continue through the app, Apple's or Google's terms also apply to that subscription, including how you cancel it.
9. Cancelling and refunds
14 day refund. You can cancel within 14 days of buying for a full refund, no reason needed.
If Premium doesn't launch. If Sister Health Premium has not launched by 30 September 2027, you can ask for a full refund of your original membership payment by emailing info@sisterhealth.app by 31 October 2027. We will pay it within 30 days of your request. This is an extra refund promise from us. It does not limit any cancellation, refund or other rights you have under consumer law.
After 14 days. Your membership doesn't renew, so there is nothing to cancel. It runs until the end of your Founding year. Apart from the 14 day refund and the other refunds in this clause, we do not refund part periods.
If we stop. If we stop offering Premium or close the app during a period you have paid for, we will refund the unused full months. If Sister Health Ltd were unable to trade, refunds might not be possible, and your card provider may be able to help.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, normally within 14 days of us agreeing them unless this clause says otherwise. If a card refund is not possible, we will refund you by bank transfer.
10. Gifting a Founding Circle place
You can buy a Founding Circle place for someone else. You must give their email address. The membership belongs to them, and they must be 18 or over and live in a country listed in clause 4. You are the buyer for refunds: the 14 day refund is yours to claim. Like every founding membership, a gifted place does not renew automatically. The recipient can choose to continue at the founding price.
11. Group sessions and one to one calls
Sessions and calls are about the app, what we are building and the conditions we support. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and are not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional. Guest speakers and specialists share their own views and answer questions in general terms only; they don't advise on anyone's individual health.
You never have to share anything about your health. You can keep your camera off. We do not record sessions or calls.
We will give at least 7 days' notice of session dates and may occasionally need to reschedule. If we cancel a Founding Sisters call, we will rebook it. If you miss a booked call without telling us at least 24 hours ahead, we may not be able to rebook it.
We run each group session at different times to suit different time zones, but we can't guarantee every session will be at a convenient time for every member. If we can't provide a session or call we've promised, we will offer an appropriate remedy in line with consumer law.
Please be kind and respectful. We may remove anyone from sessions or the Founding group for abusive, harmful or unlawful behaviour, or for sharing other members' information.
12. The private Founding group
The Founding group may be hosted on a third party platform, which has its own terms and privacy policy. Please don't share other members' posts or details outside the group.
Taking part in the Founding group is up to you. You never have to share personal or health information. We ask members to respect each other's privacy, but we can't guarantee that what's shared in the group stays confidential, so please think about this before sharing anything personal. Our Privacy Policy explains how Sister Health collects, uses and protects your personal information.
13. Partner discounts
Partner discounts are offered by our partners and are subject to their own terms. Partners and discounts may change. We are not responsible for partners' products or services.
Partner discounts may depend on where you live and on availability. We can't guarantee every partner offer will be available in every country where we sell founding memberships.
14. Your legal rights
Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer, including under the laws of the country where you live.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will not change your founding price or your refund rights for a period you have already paid for. We will email you about any change that affects you.
We may occasionally make reasonable changes to how we deliver membership benefits, for example moving the Founding group to a different platform, rescheduling sessions, or replacing a partner offer that's no longer available. We will tell you about any significant change. If we can't provide a significant benefit included in your membership, we will offer you a fair remedy, such as an alternative benefit, a partial refund, or the option to cancel with a refund for the part you haven't received.
16. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere, you may also have rights under your local consumer law, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
17. Questions and complaints
If you have a question about your founding membership, payments, cancelling or your benefits, email us at info@sisterhealth.app. If you're unhappy with any part of your membership, please tell us. We'll reply within 48 hours, look into it and work with you to put it right.
